Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order date and are subject to a $3.99 handling fee*. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns that are unworn, in their original packaging, and in original condition.
Once your return request is processed, we will email you a return shipping label. The return label is valid for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier within this period. After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund at the original price.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
